All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns after 7 days are only available for merchandise credit.

 

Please cover the original shipping label with a return label and, if possible, in the original shipping package. If you are not able to return the merchandise in the original shipping package, there will be no penalty as long as the merchandise is returned with 7 days of purchase with the original tags attached.

 

It is recommended that all return or exchange via an insured or trackable method i.e. USPS, FedEx,etc .

 

Upon receiving and inspecting the return merchandise for any wear, use of the item, or any damages, or other alteration from it original form. Please allow up to 14 days after receiving for processing your refund. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the return to show up on your credit statement; if you paid by cash a check will be issued and a notice will be sent to your email unless other arrangements have been made.

 

Dapper Men cannot accept returned or exchanged items that have been worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged, or altered. If the tags/label have been removed from the item, it qualifies as worn.

We cannot return any item that was not purchased from Dapper Men.
